- Please provide a brief description explaining what your idea is, what it does and how it works. A short paragraph is all that is necessary at this point.
- Provide a basic drawing. Highlight any major moving components or design features. Your artistic abilities are not important.
- Sign and date the Statement of Understanding on page 2.
- Prototypes are not necessary and should not be submitted at this point. You may include photos, however, their return cannot be guaranteed.
